Ticket Purchase & Entry

• Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for incorrect bookings or change of plans.
• A valid ticket is required for cinema entry.
• Online tickets must be shown (printed or on mobile) at the entrance.

Behavior & Conduct

• Mobile phones must be silenced.
• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal without a refund.
